“We took risks, we knew we took them; things have come out against us, and therefore we have no cause for complaint, but bow to the will of Providence, determined still to do our best to the last…”
Captain Scott’s diary, 1912.
The Trust has a long term conservation project underway to save the historic sites under its care. Experts from around the world are regularly engaged to assist with the project.
Approximately once a year the Trust calls for applications from professional conservators interested in working on the Trust’s conservation project in Antarctica. Recruitment for the 2010 and 2011 seasons is now closed.
Interested in being advised when the next recruitment round opens?
The selection process for conservators generally takes place in the first quarter of each year. If you are a professionally trained conservator interested in working for the Trust please complete the Registration of Interest form below and we will notify you when applications next open.
